Update COVID-19-Information for Our Passengers

As a valued customer, CoachRun wants to keep you informed of the safety actions and recent policies we have concerning the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety and well-being of our customers and drivers have always been our highest priority.

Our Precautionary Actions

CoachRun is closely monitoring the news and regulations from public health experts and government sites, and we are taking precautionary measures including frequent bus disinfection, providing hand sanitizer and spray on the bus, and regular checking on driver's health condition to ensure the safety of our travel.

Our Current Schedules

Currently, CoachRun has reduced schedules and the existing schedules continue to run as normal. However, if regulation or operational issues occur, we would inform every passenger respectively about the change.

Our Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

If you are still concerned with your trip, the following is our cancellation policy:

• For departure date over 72 hours, you can get full refund amount to be saved under "My Wallet" account associated with your purchasing email. The credit in "My Wallet" does not have an expiry date. If you choose to receive refund into your bank account, there will be a 10% service fee charged.
• For departure date within 72 hours, we are able to offer cancellation with $5 service fee ($10 for NYC-Charlotte/Atlanta/Columbia routes).The rest of the payment will be credited to "My Wallet" account.
