What is open ticket? When you would like to reschedule a ticket but don't know your new travel dates, most bus carriers issue what is called an open ticket. Often, this is accompanied by a $8 fee per ticket when you request us to change your ticket to an open ticket. Then you can reschedule bus ticket by yourself afterwards.

Please be aware the open ticket is valid for the same route (same direction) and same bus carrier for up to one year. Such open ticket policy varies depending on the specific bus carriers. Please check more details on E-ticket.

What is bus schedule ID

Each route and schedule has a unique ID number which appears in the search results as well as on your e-ticket next to the schedule name. It can also be found in the “My Bookings” section of the website next to the schedule name.

Do you accommodate passengers with disabilities or who have other special needs? Customers that require assistance at the time of travel should contact the bus operator at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the proper arrangements are made. However, there’s no guarantee that special assistance needs will be met. You should refer to your e-ticket for operator contact information.
How to find my lost on the bus? We and bus carriers are not responsible for lost or misplaced baggage. But you can contact us or bus carriers to double check if driver find any lost baggage on the bus.
Can minors travel alone?  For minors (under 18 years old) traveling alone, the parents must write a notarized authorization for the minor to travel without an adult.
