Baggage and Travel Documents
How much luggage is allowed? Most bus operators allow each passenger to have one piece of check-in luggage and one carry-on bag. For guidance, the check-in luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and should not weigh more than 50 pounds. Oversize and additional luggage fee start at $10 per piece.
Can I take my pets with me? No. However, operators do allow trained service animals that help disabled customers perform necessary activities. Service animals must be properly harnessed, and should be under the direct control of the owner at all times. Before admitting customers for bus travel with service animals, drivers are permitted to ask if the animal is required because of a disability and what type of work or task the animal has been trained to perform.
Do I need to print out my e-ticket?

We recommend you to bring a printout of your ticket when boarding the bus. If your e-ticket says that you need to bring a print-out to redeem the service, you MUST print it out. If a print-out is not required, you may show the e-ticket to the driver on your phone or another electronic device.

I'm not from the U.S. What type of ID do I need to bring? You should bring a valid photo ID (passport, licencse, ID Card). If you are going to travel to more than one country on your tour, you must make sure you meet the visa requirements of those countries. Please check with your local embassy for details.
Do I need to bring car seat for my child?

You may bring a car seat if necessary, although it is not a requirement. However, every person occupying a seat needs to have a ticket, even infants.

For most of the tours, children under 2 years who sit on your lap are not required to have a ticket, unless otherwise indicated on the tour page.
