Need assistance with reschedule
How can I reschedule the bus ticket by myself? You can find the self-rescheduling policy and instruction on the bottom part of your e-ticket. If you are account holders, please sign in directly. On the account page, click My Bookings from the menu. On the My Bookings page, click Reschedule under Actions. If you used Guest Checkout, please create a coachrun account first, and then self-reschedule your ticket(s).

Please note:

1. Once the travel date/time listed on tickets has passed, the tickets no longer have any refund or reissue value. All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

2. The bus route and carrier cannot be changed; direction cannot be switched.
