What should I do if I miss my bus?

If you miss your scheduled bus, you will need to purchase a new ticket for the same route. Please note:

Tickets are only valid for the exact date and time shown on the ticket.

Once the departure time has passed, the ticket becomes expired and cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or used for future travel.

All tickets are non-refundable. 

Do you offer parking service?

Parking is not provided at most departure locations unless otherwise specified on the booking page. We recommend checking nearby public parking facilities in advance and confirming availability before your trip.

Where is my pick-up/drop-off location?

Your pick-up and drop-off locations are listed on our website under the “Departure” and “Arrival” sections, along with the scheduled times. You can also find this information on your e-ticket for easy reference.

Do you have Wi-Fi/power plug/AC/restroom on the bus?

Bus features vary by bus type and route. You can check the available amenities when searching bus schedules online. Please note:

Wi-Fi: Some East Coast carriers provide Wi-Fi, but it is not guaranteed, especially on additional weekend or holiday schedules operated by third-party buses.

Power outlets & air conditioning: Availability depends on the carrier.

Restrooms: Most long-distance buses are equipped with restrooms.

How can I know where the bus is now and what if the bus is delayed?

If your bus is delayed, the bus operator will usually update the status online. You can:

Check the Bus Tracking System through your account or the link in your confirmation e-ticket email.

If the system shows the bus is still on schedule but you do not see it at the station, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.

Where will I sit on the bus?

Most routes allow seat selection during the booking process; if not, seating is first-come, first-served, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
