CoachRun members can reschedule an eligible ticket once without a rescheduling fee. Any fare difference will still apply. Please review our Ticket Policy for complete terms.

Go to My Bookings

1. Create an account or log in using the same email address associated with your booking.
2. Open My Bookings.
3. Find the applicable trip and select Reschedule.
4. Select the ticket for each passenger you want to reschedule.
5. Search for and select your new trip.
6. Select Calculate to review any fare difference, then proceed with the confirmation.
7. Return to My Bookings to review the updated trip details.

Seat selection is available during the booking process for eligible trips.

After booking, log in and open My Bookings to view or change your seat before departure, subject to availability.

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible bookings made while logged in to your CoachRun account. Points are credited after the trip is completed.

Redeem 100 points for $1 USD off a future eligible purchase. A minimum balance of 100 points is required to redeem points.
