COACHRUN VALUE PACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Product Description
The CoachRun Value Pack is a one-time purchase digital voucher package that includes multiple promotional vouchers applicable to future bookings made on the CoachRun platform.
2. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy
- All CoachRun Value Pack purchases are final.
- Once purchased, the Value Pack is non-refundable, non-cancellable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product or service.
- No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Unused or partially used vouchers
- Change of travel plans
- Account inactivity or future non-use of CoachRun
- User error or personal reasons
3. Voucher Usage Rules
- Each voucher may be used once only.
- Only one voucher may be applied per booking.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, promo codes, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
- Vouchers are valid only for eligible routes and schedules available on the CoachRun platform at the time of booking.
4. Expiration
- All vouchers included in the Value Pack have a fixed validity period of 180 days from the purchase date.
- Expired vouchers are automatically void and will not be reinstated, extended, replaced, or refunded.
5. Booking Cancellation & Modifications
- If a booking made using a voucher is canceled in accordance with the ticket’s cancellation policy, only the amount actually paid by the customer (excluding the voucher value) will be refunded, if applicable.
- Any voucher applied to a canceled booking will be considered used and forfeited, regardless of refund eligibility.
6. Account Responsibility
- Vouchers are linked to the purchasing account and may only be redeemed by that account holder.
- CoachRun is not responsible for vouchers lost, unused, misused, or accessed due to compromised account credentials.
7. Technical Issues & System Limitations
- Temporary inability to use vouchers due to system maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- CoachRun reserves the right to determine voucher eligibility and redemption based on system records.
8. Abuse, Fraud, and Misuse
- Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, resell, transfer, or otherwise misuse the Value Pack or its vouchers may result in immediate deactivation without refund.
- CoachRun reserves the right to cancel related bookings and restrict or suspend accounts involved in such activities.
9. Modification or Termination of Terms
- CoachRun reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate the Value Pack or its terms at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of vouchers after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Authority & Final Interpretation
- All interpretations of these Terms & Conditions shall be made at CoachRun’s sole discretion.
- CoachRun’s system records and official announcements shall prevail in the event of any dispute.
