How to Reschedule Your Ticket on CoachRun
- 1. Log in or sign up using your booking email. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email to access your account.
- 2. Go to “My Bookings” and locate the trip you want to reschedule.
- 3. Click “Reschedule” and follow the on-screen steps to select your new travel date and time. The first reschedule is free, but a price difference may apply if the new ticket costs more.
- 4. Review and click “Confirm” to finalize your reschedule. Your updated ticket will be sent to your email.
- 5. Remember to present the barcode on your new ticket when boarding. Only the updated ticket will be valid for travel.
