1. Log in or sign up using your booking email. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email to access your account.
2. Go to “My Bookings” and locate the trip you want to reschedule.
3. Click “Reschedule” and follow the on-screen steps to select your new travel date and time. The first reschedule is free, but a price difference may apply if the new ticket costs more.
4. Review and click “Confirm” to finalize your reschedule. Your updated ticket will be sent to your email.
5. Remember to present the barcode on your new ticket when boarding. Only the updated ticket will be valid for travel.
